On Tuesday, Me and three of my best friends had a girls day to celebrate my birthday. We went to see a movie, ate lunch, and tried on endless prom dresses at a near by mall. I had so much fun and I can’t express how much I really love these girls!!
Since this is a fashion blog I’ll tell you what I was wearing.
Cardigan: Kenneth Cole
And I had to get a picture with my favorite teenage mutant ninja turtle!!!
And all of the other girls were wearing my sunglasses as well. They came from a sunglasses cart from the mall and H&M.
I hope you liked it!! -Kayla Brianna xx

Hello everyone! In my last post I wore this pair of high waisted shorts that
I made from a pair of old jeans I found at the thrift store for only $3.99! So I thought in this post I would show you how I made them:)
Step 1. Put on your jeans, measure where you what them to end and mark about 4 inches below.
Step 2. Take them off and finish the line across the leg of the jeans.
Step 3. Cut along the line you made.
Step 4. Fold your jeans to where the leg you just cut is on top of the other.
Step 5. Cut the bottom leg using the top leg as a guide line.
Once your done they should look like this.
Step 6. roll the legs of the jeans to make cuffs at the bottom of the shorts. (If you want to take the time I suggest sewing the cuff into place so the jeans won’t fray and the cuffs don’t come undone. you can also use fabric glue as well.)
And now your high waisted shorts should look like this!
I had so much fun making this for you. I really hope you enjoyed it!! -Kayla Brianna xx
It’s my birthday today!!!!! This has to be one of my favorite photo shoots I have done since starting my blog. To me everything about it was so perfect the outfit, the lighting, the back ground, Just everything!!! I love that I got to use one of my favorite vintage square scarfs in this look. It really pulls the outfit together.
I also used one of my favorite leotards that I wear to dance class. Leotards are perfect to wear with anything that you want to tuck in. No weird lines or bulges under your skirts, pants, or shorts. You can also get leotards in many different colors and you and get really pretty designs on the back as well. If you want to look at a really good selection of leotards I suggest going to discount dance supply’s website.
I hope everyone have a amazing day, I know I will!!! -Kayla Brianna xx
